The management team at O&M has a storied history in the Electrical Industry. Each manager brings more than 25+ each in their respective markets with longstanding relationships within each sector.
The focus on technical sale of product has allowed for substantial growth to the manufacturer's they represent. Specification and approval of product in each arena is extremely important on bid day. Without this, manufacturer's products become the "or equal" product vs the preferred vendor status.
Steve has been in the Industrial market for 25+ years and manages the Industrial division for O&M. His roots in Electrical Design began with one of the EPCs in Houston. Because of this and his many relationships with the EPC community, he has inside knowledge and understands how they operate from FEED to Construction of capital projects. Because of his electrical design & engineering background, Product Approval & Specification has been the backbone of the O&M mantra.
Born and raised a native Houstonian, he attended Southwest Texas State University and studied electrical engineering and was also certified in AutoCad as an Electrical designer and a member of IEEE.
Steve enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children. As he approaches the empty nester portion of his life, he and his wife will enjoy time on the lake fishing, travel and good food. As an ex-drummer, he also expects to spend lots of time listening to live music.
